The Fine Print
Reservation requires one night's deposit.
Rates range from $95-$125 per night with special discounts for multiple nights,off season and weekdays. Please see specials for each room rate.
Two nights stay may be required during peak times

No smoking or pets

The hosts are sensitive to perfumes, it would be appreciated if you would refrain from the wearing of perfumes within the home.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, or personal checks if paid 14 days in advance.

Cancellations must be received in our office at least 7 days in advance of booked night or guests will be responsible for payment of each night the room has not been rebooked.

There is a $15 fee for changes and cancellations.

Check in between 4pm & 6 pm, later by prior arrangement.
Check out time is 11 am
